I've been obsessing over furs lately, especially in the form of vests. I have a pink I got for Christmas last year that I need to pull out, ad just found a brown faux fur jacket at my Goodwill Boutique for $19 that is originally from H&M. This vest, found on
Polyvore, can also be found at H&M for about $19, as well.
Fingerless Gloves. I, for one, have about six pairs. They are just so convenient. I especially love these from
Topman for the little anchor detail. And for only $6, why look anywhere else?
These are the exact pair of boots I found at a little shop in Johnson City, Tennessee. Fortunately for me, they were only $25. The cheapest I've seen them elsewhere is $75 at
Jildor Shoes. Thanks to the growing combat boot trend though, you can find these just about anywhere - Forever 21, Macy's, Dillards, DSW, a local boutique, or possibly Goodwill if you're lucky.
My favorite thing to do on a lazy day is throw on a chunky sweater and look at blogs,
Chictopia, or
LOOKBOOK.nu while drinking tea (preferably chai). This particular one is rather pricey ($171 from
coggles.com), but literally every store sells cozy, chunky sweaters during the fall/winter season. I got an adorable mint colored one from Old Navy for Christmas. My mom only paid about $5 (love that clearance rack).
Along with my sweater, you'll often find me wearing thick, knitted socks. My feet are always so cold that I have to wear some to keep warm. These can be found at
Forever 21 for just $8.80. If you're lucky enough to know someone who knits, or can knit yourself, there is nothing better than a pair of socks knit just for you.
